A major credit card or debit card is required for ALL reservations. We understand that changes do happen and if you must increase or decrease your order we ask that you do so at the earliest possible time. If you must decrease (by 25% or more of the total), cancel an order, or request a change to the week of delivery the following cancellation charges apply:
- If cancelled greater than 30-days prior to event: 10% of the total
- If cancelled between 11-30 days prior to event : 25% of the total
- If cancelled 10 or fewer days prior to event: 50% of the total
COVID-19 (Reservations made after 5/01/2020)
We’re here for you, so we want to be flexible. If your event must be cancelled due to COVID-19, we ask that you cancel at least 14 days prior to delivery to receive 100% refund of your deposit. Additionally, you will have the option of reserving up to 3 total dates with one reservation to allow for flexible postponement. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to delivery are subject to our standard cancellation policy. This policy may vary for orders in excess of $25,000 or any unique purchases required to fulfill the order, but our event specialists will you make you aware if it applies to you.
