Pole Tents: Pole Tent installations require 10 feet greater than the width and 10 feet greater than the length of the selected tent. For example, if you want to rent a 30×60 Pole Tent, you should have an unobstructed space of 40×70. A Pole Tent needs a clear, relatively flat area to install. No trees or fixtures can be inside the space prior to install. Any overhead fixtures lower than 30 feet (power lines, awnings, etc.) should be checked for clearance by a tent professional prior to installation.
Frame Tents: Frame Tent installations require 5-feet greater than the width and 5-feet greater than the length of the selected tent. If your space has multiple levels, uneven surfaces, or fixtures inside the tent space, you should schedule a professional from our office to inspect the site prior to install. Any overhead fixtures lower than 30 feet (power lines, awnings, etc.) should also be checked for clearance by a tent professional prior to installation.
Structure Tents: Structure Tent installations require 5-feet greater than the width and 5-feet greater than the length of the selected tent.
